  Ducas is a technology leader with over 15 years experience in the IT industry. He is a passionate advocate for improving developer experiences and breaking down the barriers between business, development and operations. Over the last 5 years At WooliesX, Ducas has led the Cloud & Platform Engineering team to drive the adoption of DevOps as the organisation has grown to a multi-billion dollar e-commerce business.

• Katherine Hartmann - GM Experience & Content
  Passionate, high-impact senior digital executive leading transformative growth & change. Redefining customer experiences using digital, technology, strategy, data and insights. Customer innovation leader focused on strategy that drives business certainty and simplifies complexity, from start to scale. Able to influence positive change in highly matrixed environments.

• Kathie Fisher - Head of Technology - Solutions Analysis
  Kathie is our Principal Chapter Lead for Solutions Analysis and leads the Technology Stream for our Smart Fulfilment program. Joining Woolworths Group in 2003, Kathie has worked in Service Support, Situation Management, Financial Services technology and IT Project Management before moving to WooliesX as the eCommerce back office Systems Manager and transitioning to Product Management.
  Kathie believes that the team at WooliesX is what makes it special and that championing career growth and development is the key to supercharging innovation and organisational capability.

• Katie Neill - Talent Acquisition Partner
  Talent Acquisition Partner for Data & Analytics for WooliesX and the wider Woolworths group, recruiting roles in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, Privacy & Governance. I've been working for Woolworths for over 2 years, and previously recruited in the UK and Australia for many years.
