What we’re about
Our Purpose:
To bring together senior female technology leaders (and their supporters) to drive change in the technology industry in Australia.
Our Mission:
To change the ratio of female to male senior technology leaders from 1:10 (currently 9%) to 1:3 or greater (> 33%).
Run and managed by GEEQ:
GEEQ is a charitable not-for-profit with the goal to get GEEQs (that’s geeks with EQ) into IT and help women to grow.
GEEQ and its events are inclusive and open to everyone - but the main focus and goal are to empower all women who wish to commence or further their careers in IT.
