Tracking Aircraft with Streams + Software-Defined Radio
Details
Air traffic data is continuously broadcast publicly. Aircraft location, heading, location and all sorts of other data is broadcast using a system called ADS-B or Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast.
This freely broadcast data is a natural fit for an event stream that can be captured, consumed, transformed and republished.
Join us January 9th at 6pm in the Dayton Innovation Hub to hear Guy Royse walk us through this process and learn how easy it is to create your own project using air traffic data.
Guy is a Developer Advocate with Redis.
He is a wealth of knowledge across a range of technology and his presentations are always fun and educational.
