Leonard Rodman is a Chicago-based AI Consultant with 20+ years of experience turning AI potential into real business outcomes. He specializes in building agentic AI workflows — connecting Claude API, MCP, OpenAI, and enterprise platforms to automate complex, multi-step processes.
Currently at Trainicity as a Docebo Implementation Consultant and API Engineer, Leonard has led large-scale LMS deployments and custom AI integrations for organizations of all sizes. He also mentors AI startups at 1871's AI Innovation Lab, contributes to the OpenAI Forum, and is a Training Magazine APEX Top 15 Hall of Fame recipient.
