Discussion 25 - Astral Projection and the Astral World

I am happy to introduce our 25th session focusing titled: Astral Projection and the Astral World. As of now, our new meeting place will be in the Crowned Eagle Pub in Paquis (see address for full location). However, the same warm atmosphere and vibrant community still remains to welcome you to the event and I hope you can attend! The meeting will take place on September 15 at 18:30 - 20:30.

Introduction to the topic - In the occult, there is often at least a divide between our physical world and the spiritual world. Similarly, there is also at least a divide between our physical bodies and our spiritual bodies. Different traditions will have their own takes on these divisions, with some having even more than just one "spiritual world". Regardless, the occult regards our reality as having more than one layer to it and with it, there is the possibility of exploring it. This is where astral projection and out-of-body experiences come in. Through intense training, natural gifts, or just plain accident, there are numerous ways to project our spiritual body out into these spiritual realms, ie the so called "astral world". The laws and processes of these worlds are often different to our own.

In this session, we will therefore focus seriously on the topics of the practice of astral projection and the worlds to which we can visit. There will be no practical elements to this session, as astral projection is a subjective experience that, for many, can be quite difficult to achieve especially in a short 2 hour timeframe. Instead, we will focus on the discussion of different practices, experiences, and thoughts relating to this general theme of astral projection and out-of-body experiences. Furthermore, we will devote time to discuss the spiritual worlds into which we project ourselves into. I hope you can join us for this fascinating discussion!
