I am happy to introduce a new type of session that we will be having: Divination Practical - Tarot and Oracle Night! In this new type of discussion, we will not only dive back into the tarot, but we will also bring all of our tarot and oracle decks for live readings and discussion about the cards themselves. This will be the first in a series practical meetup events held in this group. This session will take place on Tuesday May 26 at 18:45 - 20:45 at the Crowned Eagle Pub.
Introduction to the topic - Many of us know the tarot and oracle decks. Many of us have used these decks to do readings for ourselves and others. Whether or not they are done for fun or for deeper insight, these cards have brought much joy and deep contemplation to spiritual individuals of all types. From their rich history to their widespread use in different types of divinations, both tarot and oracle cards hold deep and wonderful meanings to all who use them. Their popularity and rich symbolism can be enjoyed either alone or in groups.
In this session, we bring the joy of the tarot and oracle deck to our group. We will briefly explore the basics of tarot and oracle decks together before breaking into groups where everyone will be paired with those who are experienced in reading these cards. There will be many opportunities to immerse yourself into the practice, whether you are beginner or experienced. Whether it is to explore your life, your inner world, or the future, these cards hold special meanings to those who look into them! I hope you can join us to discover your own meanings!
Our agenda for this event is as follows:
Introductions (10-15 minutes)
Intro to tarot and oracle decks (10-15 minutes)
Split into groups and do readings (70-80 minutes)
Closing and goodbyes (10-15 minutes)
