Taking Care of Your Sensitivity - Part 1

“It’s not ok to be sensitive”
Have you ever felt this way about yourself before? Then it's time to change that!
Being sensitive ourselves, we understand all too well the negative and limiting self-talk we can engage in about our gentle nature. This can be very disempowering because it affects our self confidence and self esteem. To regain confidence in ourselves, we need to change our narrative!
What we will do:
- A reflection exercise and some sharing
- A MAP Method™ group clearing (if it's your first time to experience MAP, we'll spend about 15-20 minutes preparing for it first)
- Observe what new narrative is coming up
- Q& A
What to prepare:
- A quiet, comfortable place with a good internet connection so you can get the most from your experience.
- Something to jot down your thoughts
- A nice drink to enjoy :)
Other important info:
- We might record the event for our own purposes, but won't make the recording public.
- Please note that we can't let you in if you arrive too late, as you won't be able to benefit from the clearing.
