George Washington University Volleyball offers chances to watch, play and learn the game of volleyball. Outside of our regular season matches, we also host open gyms and adult clinics at the Smith Center. We welcome volleyball enthusiasts of all skills and ages to join our group!

There will be three nets available for AA play!
Please check the descriptions below to know whether or not this open gym is for you! This night is intended for experienced players who play in AA indoor adult tournaments, or have played at a high level in the past. We want to promote safe, competitive play. If this night is not for you please join us for our Thursday A/BB/B nights.

Before You Play:

- Sign liability waiver at the link below (you only need to sign it once for the whole Spring)

- Upon arrival, enter the Smith Center using the entrance on 22nd Street (Ticket Office)
- Pay at the door, $15 (Venmo)
What to Expect:
Doors open at 7:00. There will be 3 courts available on this night.
AA level Co-ed
- Competitive, experienced players who have played in AA tournaments in the past. Might also have college playing experience but at a lower level.
- Game and player strategies are well understood (i.e., running offensive plays, identifying opponent weaknesses) but may still be in refinement.
- Understand rotational sequence, (5-1, 6-2) and defensive positions and can apply them in competition.
We will move people up or down a court to help with competition and/or provide as much playing time as possible. Playing Rules of the Open Gym will depend on participation numbers.
Open Gyms are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age and gender). Participants must be above prospect age or have used all their NCAA Eligibility. If you don't know if you qualify, please email Nicole Alford at themonumentalexperience@gmail.com
