German Dragons Singapore, founded in 1998 is an international dragon boat team. It has members from all around the globe, and competes in races in Singapore and other places with aim to win medals and trophies.
Diverse we are, the team is united through a common sport. We are a team that is passionate and determined to overcome any challenges thrown at us. More importantly, we are not only a team but also a family.

Newbie day - Paddle with the Germans
Kallang Dragon Boat Nursery, 5 Stadium Road ( Near Kallang MRT), 397733, Singapore, SGWant to check out what dragonboat paddling is all about?
Whether you are seasoned paddler or a newcomer, we welcome you to try out dragon boating with the German Dragons and end off the session with ICE COLD BEER!All paddling equipments and life vests are provided!
WHAT to bring:
- comfortable sports attire, flip-flops, hat, sun glasses
- water ( min 1.5L)
- sun lotionWHERE and WHEN:
- 9:30AM meet at the nursery at 5 Stadium Rd. Look for the table with the German Dragons Singapore banner.
- grab your paddle, life vest, lock your belongings, then warm-up
- water training till 12pm
- after training cool-down, chilled drinks, freshly brewed Paulaner beer, and pizzaCost
$35 includes your training session and an awesome time over a keg of beer as post-training fuel!Payment must be done using the following link BEFORE the newbie day:
