About us
This is a group for anyone seeking a supportive space for people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted and stuck in survival mode, or constantly carrying stress in their mind and body. The group combines practical coping skills with EMDR informed techniques to help participants better understand their stress responses and build resilience in everyday life.
Members will engage in EMDR based interventions designed to reduce emotional intensity and help the brain process distress more effectively.
Group activities may include bilateral stimulation exercises, calming body based techniques, identifying triggers, challenging negative thought patterns and developing healthier responses to anxiety and overwhelm.
No prior experience with EMDR is required.
This group is not intended to replace one on one outpatient therapy.
