Cached-refdb - The missing cache in JGit
JGit, in its Open-Source file-based implementation, has caching for packfiles, but nothing for refs. Dani will show the consequences of slow ref lookups in Gerrit and how to overcome these limitations thanks to cached-refdb, and will demo the REST-API latency reduction with Gerrit v3.12.
