This workout is for any youth athletes that want to learn the basics of D1 Warmups, Form Runs, Sprint Work, and Testing.

We will go over:

Broad Jump
Vertical Jump
T Test
3 Cone (Pro Agilility)
Etc.

Athletes must be at least 8 years of age and parent with them for this event. No parents will be allowed to talk to or "coach" their kids while in session. For your kids to get the most of of this coaching they need to spend time with their coach without distraction from other kids or their parents.
