Let's go to a PWP picnic!

This event is open to all PWP and SOS Meetup Members as well as all PWP and SOS card carrying members.

Calling all singles to the PWP Singles Summer Picnic!! Come on out and have a blast at this great party event sponsored by Parents Without Partners and Single Parents of the Capital District.

Plus, you are welcome to bring your kids. Don't worry about leaving the kids home with a sitter, there will have plenty of fun things for them to do too with the other PWP kids including face painting by Rachel. You will be able to keep an easy eye on them while you mix and mingle with the rest of the singles crowd.

They are planning on a big fun barbeque with burgers, hot dogs, lots of sides and all the fixin's. DJ - JC Kelleher - will be there with your favorite music, plus they will have games, team activities and lots of opportunity for you to meet other singles from the area in this relaxed fun atmosphere. Spread the word and bring your single friends.

The local chapter of Parents Without Partners will provide

the burgers, hot dogs, rolls and all paper supplies.

Cost of Admission for Meetup Members: Meetup Adults age 19 or over pay $5 PLUS a dish to share for the pot luck picnic. Children ages 3-18 are $2 per child while children under age 3 are free.

Cost of Admission for Official PWP Members: PWP Adults will bring a dish to share for the pot luck picnic. There are no other costs for PWP members or their children.

Important Note: In order for them to purchase the correct amount of food, PWP needs a count and your RSVP to them as soon as possible. Please let them know how many in your party plan to attend and the ages of any children that might be attending with you. Payment due at admission on the day of the event. They will also need to know what dish you plan to bring so that our team can coordinate the menu. So, when you RSVP, please do tell them what dish you plan to bring to share. ALSO NOTE THAT THE PARK DOES NOT PERMIT ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. PLEASE DO NOT CARRY THEM IN.
