In this meetup, we will discuss the framework of the Constitution and the ideals laid out in the Declaration of Independence. This will be done within the context of their ability to establish and maintain a truly free society, one which enables individuals in it to pursue the human rights required by their nature as seen in Ayn Rand's Objectivist philosophy: The rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Further, do unfounded interpretations or "loopholes" enabled by the Constitution pose a fundamental contradiction to these rights? To this end, must the Constitution be amended to close these "loopholes" and other potentially flawed parts of the Constitution?
