Free Guided Introspective Breathwork®
I am looking for six people to participate in a complimentary, hour-long Introspective Breathwork® session that will be filmed for marketing purposes.
The purpose of this gathering is to capture authentic video footage of me leading and interacting naturally during a real group session. This will allow people who are curious or hesitant about breathwork to see what the experience is actually like before they decide to book.
You will lie comfortably on a yoga mat while participating in the full Introspective Breathwork® session.
The focus of the filming will primarily be on me as I facilitate, but participants may appear in group, background, or wider-angle footage.
Everyone attending will be asked to review and sign a photography and video consent waiver before the session begins.
Because the footage will be used for marketing, please only volunteer if you are comfortable participating in a filmed session and signing the consent waiver.
In exchange for helping me create authentic marketing content, you will receive the complete breathwork session at no charge.
