Meet Up at the Sterling Forest Visitor Center building.

Restrooms are available.
Parking is across street (Old Forge Rd) from the center.

What: to Wear Hiking boots as it will be rocky and muddy in some parts of the trail.
Sunscreen, Bug spray if needed.
Bring drinks and snacks. We will stop for water breaks as needed.

Difficulty Level: Easy, 449 FT Elev. gain, 4.3 miles (2 hours) 2.5 mph

Meet Up at the Sterling Forest Visitor Center building.

We can go for lunch and drinks @Charaters restaurant afterwards if anyone is interested.
