Whether you just finished a bootcamp, get nervous live coding on a whiteboard, or it’s been a long time since you’ve studied algorithms, this hands-on workshop will have you practicing these skills throughout the day in front of a whiteboard. By the end of this workshop you will be more confident and more informed about popular whiteboarding interview questions.

Topics covered:
• Whiteboarding tips and tricks
• Data structures: (stacks, queues, trees)
• Recursion
• Algorithmic complexity/ Big O

PREREQUISITES

You should be proficient in at least one programming language; it doesn’t matter which one.

TECH REQUIREMENTS

• Your laptop (Mac, PC, Linux) and charger
• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

If you do not have a laptop, please contact the instructor. We have a limited number of Chromebooks for students to borrow.
