Join us for a quick overview of open source offerings at Mozilla! Aside from Firefox, Mozilla builds products to help people feel safer on the web, and to ensure the web remains a global public resource accessible to all. In this meetup, we'll go over the current Mozilla products and programs related to privacy and cyber security, providing you with an overview of open source tools you can leverage to protect your digital identity online, and incorporate privacy for your users into your own projects.
We'll followup with a short intro to a few security tools that you might incorporate into your daily workflows.
Light refreshments will be provided but feel free to bring a snack or drink.
The nominal fee for this event supports the GDI Group to bring even more great events to you, any leftover proceeds to go the GDI scholarship fund.
