The kitchen began with a simple goal. Serve honest Indian food in Knights Hill. Recipes were inspired by family traditions. Cooking methods stayed traditional. Over time, local residents supported the journey.
Word spread across Norwood and Crystal Palace. The team focused on consistency. That built strong trust in the community. Today, it stands as a respected Knights Hill Indian restaurant serving loyal guests.Food here reflects traditional cooking methods. Spices are measured carefully. Sauces are slow simmered. Portions are generous.
Starters begin with Plain Papadom and Spicy Pappadom. Onion Bhajee is crisp and light. Chicken Samosa and Lamb Samosa are popular evening snacks. Prawn Puree offers gentle sweetness.Chicken Pakora and Vegetable Pakora stay crunchy. Bengal Fish Fry brings coastal flavour.
From the grill, Chicken Tikka and Lamb Tikka are consistent favourites. Tandoori Chicken remains a signature dish. Sheik Kebab and Reshmi Kebab are soft and juicy.Tandoori King Prawn delivers a smoky aroma. Lamb Chops are tender and well seasoned.
