About us
Dream Big, Build Bigger!
What started as Girls Who Boss has grown into something deeper, more intentional, and more aligned with the space we truly want to create.
Welcome to Her Collective Space.
Our vision is to bring together growth-minded women who who want more from life, even if they’re still figuring out what that looks like. This is a space for exploration, growth, and real connection. A space where different lifestyles, cultures, careers, and stories come together. We value authenticity over perfection and curiosity over conformity.
If that resonates, you already belong here.

Her Table | The Right Conversations with the Right Women
Kals on Cahill, 2 Princes Hwy Wolli Creek,, Sydney, AUHow often do you go to a networking event and end up stuck in surface-level small talk with people you have nothing in common with?
Her Table is different. You’ll be seated with women who are in a similar phase and truly understand what you’re going through.
How it works
Before signing up, you’ll answer a few quick questions about where you’re currently at, whether you’re growing your career, building a business, just starting out, or pivoting.
Based on your answers, you’ll be matched with like-minded women at your table on the day.
Over coffee or brunch, you’ll spend 50 minutes moving through a set of curated questions designed to skip the small talk and get straight to what matters. Real challenges, honest conversations, and practical problem-solving.
You’ll leave with clarity, fresh perspectives, and takeaways you can act on right away.
Afterwards, we’ll head over to beautiful Cahill Park for open mingling, a chance to connect with the wider group, get some fresh air, and continue the conversations.
This is for you if you want meaningful conversations with women who challenge you, support you, and help you grow.
Most women come on their own, so you’re not alone in that, and new faces are always welcome 🤍

Her Tribe | Networking for Personal & Professional Growth
The Arthouse Hotel, 275 Pitt Street, Sydney, AUSurround yourself with women who bring out the best in you!
Her Collective Space brings together growth-minded women who want more from life. Different lifestyles, cultures, careers, and stories, but at the heart of it, we’re all connected by our desire to grow.
That’s why we created Her Tribe. A monthly gathering where we explore different reflection topics, get honest with ourselves, and hear how other women are navigating similar experiences, so we can leave with more clarity than when we walked in.
📝 How it works
- Arrive, grab a drink and find a seat
- Each table has a reflection prompt
- Every 15 minutes, we rotate
By the end, you'll walk away with fresh perspectives, new connections, and a little more clarity on what matters to you.
🔎 How to Find Rabbit Bar
Rabbit Bar can be tricky to spot:
- Go to the ground floor of The Galeries
- Look for Toastie Smith
- Behind it, you’ll see a semi-enclosed area
- Walk down into that area
- On your right, you’ll see a doorway. Enter it
- Then look for another open door immediately to your right. That’s Rabbit Bar!
📲 Got questions?
Feel free to message me here on Meetup.
Looking forward to a room full of real talk. See you there! xx

Try to get there a bit early if you can. Public transport can be unpredictable, and we want to start on time without holding everyone up.
🏁 End Point: Cronulla Train Station

🥾 Distance & Level: 8 km / Easy
It’s a super relaxed, mostly flat walk. Perfect if you want something low-effort but still feel good after.
🎒 What to bring:
There are water stations along the way, so just bring a refillable bottle. Wear something comfy, no special shoes needed. And depending on the weather, a hat and sunscreen are always a good idea.
