Girly Wine Night

We’re taking over Regent’s Park for a massive sunset picnic and it is going to be SOOO fun!
Literally everyone is welcome - even my mum is going to be there! So whether you want to bring your own mum, your work wife, your flatmate, or just roll up solo to meet some new besties, you need to be here. Think a massive international picnic, a killer playlist, and a huge group of girlies just soaking up the summer evening.

### The Setup

We’ve got the logistics covered so you can just rock up and vibe:

• What we’re bringing: Blankets, music, cups, ice, and some Wednesday’s Domaine wine to kick off the night. We’ll have some snacky bits to get us started also!
• What to bring:
  Food: This is a community feast, so bring your favourite picky bits or a dish from your home country to share on a big grazing board.
  Drinks: It’s also BYOB, so bring along whatever else you want to drink!

### The Details

• When: Thursday, 30th July, from 6:00 PM til late.
• Where: Regent’s Park, in a lovely tree-lined spot right outside Queen Mary’s Rose Gardens.
• Travel: A 10-minute walk from Baker Street or Regent's Park stations.
• Toilets: A flat 3-minute walk away (heads up, the park loos charge 20p contactless).

• 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Somatic Drumming & Empowerment with Lizzie
  A powerful, grounding session using rhythm and somatic release to shift stagnant energy and build deep inner connection.
• 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM | The Garden Lunch Spread
  A beautiful, fresh, homemade light lunch spread
• 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM | Immersive 1-Hour Sound Bath
  The ultimate wind-down. Lay back on your brand-new yoga mat and let the therapeutic frequencies of Lizzie's crystal bowls wash over you.
• 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Mid-Afternoon Fuel
  Lovely tea, coffee & artisanal biscuits to transition us into the evening.

## The Fine Print (Please Read Before Booking)

> 📌 Our 10-Guest Minimum > Because we hire specialised practitioners, rent a private space, and buy all premium ingredients and materials in advance, we require a minimum of 10 guests for this event to go ahead. In the very unlikely event we do not hit this headcount, the retreat will be cancelled, and you will receive a 100% full refund immediately.

> 📌 Refund & Name Change Policy > Because all resources are curated and purchased weeks ahead of the event, tickets are strictly non-refundable. However, we know life happens! If your plans change, you are completely welcome to pass or sell your ticket to a friend. Just send us a quick message with their details so we can update the guest list at the door.

> 📌 Menus & Dietary Requirements > You are going to be incredibly well-fed. There will be a dedicated meat option and vegetarian option available for every single meal course (both at lunch and dinner). Please ensure you state any allergies or specific dietary needs (e.g. We’ll do our best to accomadate them) in the checkout form.
