We’re welcoming spring with the softest kind of reset—a cozy, calming sound bath to help you drop your shoulders, quiet your brain, and leave feeling lighter. Think: nervous system chill, floaty vibes, and a warm cup of tea at the end.
This session is led by the lovely Lizzie—an amazing member of our community. She brings such a grounded energy and it’s genuinely the perfect “pause button” for your week.

### Event Details

  • Date: Sunday, April 19th
  • Location: West End Tails - Farringdon
  • Time: 11:00am – 12:30pm

### The Flow

  • 11:00–11:15: Arrive + settle in + mingling
  • 11:15–12:15: 1-hour sound bath & mantra tuning fork session
  • 12:15–12:30: Tea + women’s debrief / gentle sharing (totally optional, but so lovely)

Capacity: 15 spaces (small + intimate)

### Tickets

  • Early Bird: £20 (first 7 tickets only)
  • Standard: £25 (remaining tickets)

### What to Bring

  • Warm, comfy clothes (layers = your best friend)
  • A blanket + pillow if you’d like extra cosiness
  • Optional: cozy socks / hoodie / anything that helps you fully relax
