Glenwood Springs Ghost Walk

Details
The Glenwood Springs Historical Society’s annual Ghost Walk at Lynnwood Cemetery is a fun and spooky hike and theatrical performance. This will be the basis for a fall night out that’s all about Doc Holliday and Glenwood Springs history.
Meet at Bullocks Western Wear (basement) at 3:45 PM for a short Doc Holliday museum exhibit (optional, $5, no need to get in advance). From there, we will walk down the block to the Doc Holliday Saloon and Restaurant for dinner and drinks.
It’s a .7 mile walk to the beginning of the Ghost Walk and a .5 mile uphill guided hike to the historic cemetery (hence the reason we need to calorie-up beforehand). After the Ghost Walk, you can choose to go back to the saloon, go for ice cream, or go your separate way.
I can't stay Friday night, so will go my separate way. However, I'll stay over Thursday night instead. I will squeeze in some riding, hot springs, and hiking. I'll ride the canyon or part of the route up to Aspen on Thursday, tentative time is 2:00 PM. Friday morning 9:00 AM is the [Scout Trail hike](Glenwood Springs Scout Trail on AllTrails https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/colorado/glenwood-springs-scout-trail?sh=89rh4z&utm_medium=trail_share&utm_source=alltrails_virality). 6.5 miles with 1500’ vertical, awesome views. Friday mid-day is Glenwood Hot Springs for lap swimming and relaxing. For those staying over Friday night instead, you can coordinate additional activities with each other for Saturday.
Get your Ghost Walk tickets here ($25). Choose October 10 at 6:30. At the time of posting, there are plenty of tickets, but don’t delay!
