About us

Escape the daily hustle, reduce stress, and reconnect with your inner calm through the gentle, healing practice of Pastel Nagomi Art.

In our fast-paced world, finding a moment of true stillness can be a challenge. This workshop offers a relaxing environment for your mental well-being.

Pastel Nagomi Art is a healing art form originating from Japan. The word "Nagomi" embodies concepts of calmness, peace, and harmony. By focusing entirely on the tactile, soothing process of creating rather than the final product, this workshop serves as a gentle reset for your mind and emotions.

The Workshop Experience
• Grounding: We begin with a guided mindful breathing exercise to help you quiet the mind, connect your body, and settle gently into the present moment.

• Guided Creation: Our certified instructor will guide you through the unique techniques of grinding pastels into powder, colour-mixing, and painting with your fingertips. You will also learn how to use stencils to create your own heartwarming, harmonious artwork.

• Mindful Journey: We focus deeply on the creative process, which is your own unique mindful journey. We invite you to bring awareness to any feelings or thoughts that arise, accepting them without judgment as you practice mindful art to cultivate self-compassion and mental well-being.

Invest in your mental well-being and join us for this unique mindful journey
