Elie Chain Walk. Approx. Grade 2 scramble

6km, Approx. 2-3 hours
A relatively leisurely walk and scramble up and down beachfront rocks aided by anchored chains. All going well we'll get to the end then repeat the route on the way back.
Meet at the junction of South Street and Fountain Road, Elie.
Depart 10.30am
If rain is forecast, then we will reschedule to another day

All participants must be appropriately fit and must have suitable gear i.e. waterproof jacket and trousers, walking boots, warm layer, hat, gloves, food and drink.
Climbing, hill walking and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.
Carshare at the driver's discretion. Both driver and passenger may communicate via the website to organise best exchange phone numbers and where you need a lift from.
