This FREE class will focus on using Martial Arts to increase our range of motion, flexibility and balance while also learning some practical self-defense skills. Let's dust ourselves off from being home and get those muscles and joints moving well again.

Safety precautions will be in place for proper social distancing and staff will be wearing masks and we ask all attendees to do so as well.

Let's have some fun while getting our bodies healthy!
