Please join us, as our panelists address best practices for building an A Team Company, starting with a corporate culture, founded in the C Suite, that is shared throughout the organization to achieve excellence. Panelists will either have had experience as entrepreneurs or are currently entrepreneurs. Venture capital, consulting, board and listed corporate C-suite perspectives will be represented on the panel. This should be an event rich in content that will provide practical, real-time strategies for current and future implementation. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.

Vish has been a venture capitalist with Clearstone Venture Partners since 2002. Bruce joined Ultratech 1999. He is responsible for Financial Operations, Corporate Services, Human Resources, Information Technology System and legal functions. In addition, Bruce serves as on the Board of Directors and as Audit Committee Chairman for LTX Credence Corporation, a leading provider of solutions from design-to-production test for the worldwide semiconductor industry. His background includes more than 30 years in a variety of finance and planning positions, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for Spectrian Corporation and Tencor Instruments. Bruce holds a B.A. in physics from Pomona College, a B.S in mechanical engineering from California Institute of Technology, and a M.S. in management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a founding member and Chairman of SEMInvest and a frequent panelist on topics including financing, accounting, auditing, compliance and global commerce; he is frequently quoted in publications such as Forbes and contributes to a variety of non profit and advisory boards.

Tony Quintong Jr is the Founder and CEO of Securieon a management advisory firm specializing in the development and execution of high performance growth strategies, based in San Jose. Tony focuses on mid to late stage companies requiring revised revenue models leading to higher valuations. His expertise is in organizational behavior and performance assessment; the company takes an active role in leadership by example with an interest in equity positions with clients. Tony is on the board of N2M Advisory and on the advisory board of CloudPhase Health. Previously, Tony held executive roles at Xerox, Management Sciences America and Computer Solutions later renamed as PowerSoft. He led the revenue turn-around at Convoy and served as CEO at two additional companies, Cylant Technology an internet security company, and Zelos, a global engineering practice.
