From a kitchen in Guadalajara, the land of mariachi and tequila, we invite you to a very special online culinary experience. In this class, we will learn step-by-step how to prepare traditional Mexican favourites so you can surprise everyone at home:

• Traditional Red Chilaquiles: We will make an authentic red salsa from scratch to pour over totopos, to enjoy with a touch of onion and cheese.
• Refried Beans: You will discover how to achieve that smooth, creamy texture with traditional seasoning.
• Café de Olla: We will learn how to fill your home with the unmistakable aroma of coffee infused infused with cinnamon and cane sugar.


HOW DOES IT WORK

This is a fully online class designed to be enjoyed in good company. You can invite friends over to your house to cook together in front of the screen, or connect from your respective homes, share stories, toast with our comforting café de olla, and spend a fun Sunday learning the secrets of authentic Mexican cuisine.
