Forest Bathing Calm your body and mind Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku in Japanese, means soaking in the nature through all of your senses to help you disconnect from the stress of everyday life. Forest bathing is slow, mindful walk in nature where you immerse yourself in the environment. It is a beautiful meditative experience where your mind quietens and senses are heightened. You will be guided on a journey of relaxation amongst the beautiful trees of Global Retreat Centre garden. Each session ends with herbal tea and an opportunity to share experiences. Please wear layers/waterproof clothes, wellies or waterproof shoes if wet, and bring a blanket and a hot water bottle if you feel the cold.
