Join us for a scenic and varied hike through National Park Zuid-Kennemerland, one of the most beautiful dune landscapes in the Netherlands 🌿

Expect a mix of rolling dunes, sandy paths, peaceful lakes, forest trails, viewpoints, and open landscapes along this beautiful circular walk.

• A circular hiking route in National Park Zuid-Kennemerland
• Approx. 14.4 km | moderate level, good fitness required
• Sandy trails, forest paths, small climbs, and dune landscapes
• Highlights include Oosterplas, Vogelmeer, Hazenberg viewpoint, and scenic nature spots
• Beautiful spring scenery with lakes, dunes, and open landscapes
• A great route for nature lovers, hikers, and anyone who enjoys a peaceful outdoor adventure

We’ll wait about 15 minutes before starting.

• By train: Santpoort-Zuid Station has direct train connections from Haarlem and Amsterdam area
• Public transport: Bus connections are also available nearby
• Parking: Parking may be available near the station or park entrance, but please check before coming

This route offers a great mix of dunes, lakes, forest, and viewpoints, with plenty of beautiful spots to rest or take photos along the way. Expect around 3.5–4 hours of walking at a relaxed but steady pace.

Bring suitable footwear, enough water, snacks or lunch, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate clothing. Looking forward to hiking together!
