Join us for a supportive indoor yoga session focused on steady movement, breath, and simple core activation.

This event is a practical class designed to help you feel more comfortable in your body without pressure to be flexible or 'good at yoga'. We'll guide you through options so you can work at your own pace.

What to expect (60 minutes)

  • Gentle warm-up + breath-led flow

  • Stretch + cool down

  • Yoga starts: 10:15 am
  • Optional coffee/tea/brunch after class
