(S) Tom Miller, Coldspring, Jones Gap, Silver Steps-Jones Gap State Park
Details
We will park at the Silver Steps parking area just pass parking for Raven Cliff Falls. We begin on the short (~.4 mile) Tom Miller trail to the Coldspring Trail which we will descend. From Coldspring we return on the Jones Gap Trail with a stop at Dargan's Cascade- I think the name has been changed to Silver Steps Falls. We return on the Silver Steps Trail. Most of the elevation is on the return Jones Gap and Silver Steps trails. The descent on Coldspring is steep.

We will hike at a moderate speed of 2.2-2.5 depending on terrain.
Meet at University Square Shopping Center across from Mr. Salsa by 8:15 for 8:30 departure. Please meet at trailhead by 9:15. Let me know where you will meet.
