HIKE DETAILS:
At Sloan Bridge we will hit the Foothills Trail and ascend up the northeast extent of the Chattooga Ridge. We pass Grassy Knob, then descend down into the Whitewater River watershed for Lunch and views of Whitewater Falls. We return to vehicles by the same route. 10.2 miles and 1090 elevation gain
DESPEAUXRADOS - GNHA INFORMATION:
This group meets Wed at University Square Shopping Center. The specific hikes are described 1 to 4 weeks in advance and target hikes which are 10 miles long and climb 2000 ft. We hike at approx. 2.5 MPH, faster or slower depending on terrain.
