(S) Lower Whitewater Falls Via the Foothills Trail.
The hike will start at the Upper Falls parking lot off highway 281. We'll take the paved path to the upper falls lookout then a steep descent down the Foothill trail, connect to the Lower Whitewater Falls trail to the lookout for the lower falls. Then we return on the same route having a steep ascent back up to the Upper Falls lookout.
