## Nine Times Loop

Hike description:
We will hike from the Cedar Rock Tr Parking Area located on E Preston McDaniel Rd up the Big Rock Summit Trail, near the top we follow some of the many rock climber trails along the south face of Big Rock and back to the summit trail. After exploring the summit and north views we will backtrack to Gap Connector Tr, which we will follow to Naturaland Way, Pink Mountain Rd, 4 Tower Loop, 4 Tower Tr, Nine Times Tr, and E Preston McDaniel Rd. Our group will cross the road and continue up the Rocky Bald Loop, the Cedar Rock Mt Tr, and a user trail to the views on Cedar Rock. Lunch will be on Cedar Rock. We will return to our vehicles after lunch on the Cedar Rock Mt Tr. Please note that the rock climber trails will require some scrambling over rocks and will have some steep areas.
It would be best if everyone can meet at University Square or Holly Springs as the parking area at the trailhead is relatively small and there could be other groups meeting there also.

Meet at University Square across from Mr. Salsa at 8:00 AM to form carpools. 92 miles roundtrip to Trailhead. Carpool fee: $7.00.
Second meeting place: Meet the leader at the Holly Springs Country Store on Hwy 11 at 8:45 AM. 20 miles roundtrip to trailhead. Carpool Fee: $2.00
