Trail Description: This hike is divided into two parts. In two separate hikes, we will climb to the iconic overlooks on Looking Glass Rock and John Rock (with a 1.25 mi. drive between the two hikes). Round trip hike to the Looking Glass Rock overlook is 6.1 miles with 1716 ft. e.g. Round trip hike to the John Rock overlook is 4.4 miles with 809 ft. e.g.
This is a 2 for 1 outing! Note: An unusually hot day for April (around 82F on the trails) is forecast. BRING PLENTY OF WATER!!

This group meets Wed at University Square Shopping Center. The specific hikes are described 1 to 4 weeks in advance and target hikes which are 10 miles long and climb 2000 ft. We hike at approx. 2.5 MPH, faster or slower depending on terrain.
