This hike starts where the MST crosses Highway 215 just off the Parkway.
Following the MST to Little Sam's Trail, with a brief stop at Devil's Courthouse, to Flat Laurel Trail to Sam's Knob Trail to the top of Sam's Knob for lunch with great views. Returning by way of Sam's Knob and Flat Laurel Trails.
Trailhead parking is just past the Parkway on 215.

This group meets Wed at University Square Shopping Center. The specific hikes are described 1 to 4 weeks in advance and target hikes which are 10 miles long and climb 2000 ft. We hike at approx. 2.5 MPH, faster or slower depending on terrain.
