This week's Guided Meditation, "Experiencing Yourself as a Manifestation of the Eternal Sea," helps you use active imagination to bring divine knowledge to consciousness. The spark of divine Light from the Eternal Sea within each of us resides in the deepest layers of our psyche. Yet mortal vision is often limited to what our physical senses and our egos take in. The meditation will engage your active imagination to bring divine images and knowledge to consciousness, to facilitate your spiritual journey into wholeness and growth.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Turning Inward or Outward."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:00 Gnostic songs relating to the message of the meditation to follow.
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
