This week's Guided Meditation, "Erecting a Temple of Light," helps you use your active imagination to construct a temple of Light from your divine spark within. When we actively distribute spiritual attributes in ourselves among others, the powers of love and light become an endlessly multiplying structure in the universe. In the meditation, you will free up multiple aspects of your inner light to embrace those aspects in other seekers to form strong pillars in a powerful temple of Light.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Divisiveness."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:00 Gnostic songs relating to the message of the meditation to follow.
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
