For those wanting the most out of life, to meet great people, visit the best venues, and enjoy an extensive variety of exciting and often unusual social events, you have found the right place for quality recreation!
We are a fun meet-up group based all around the West Midlands, with plenty to offer everyone. Simply join the group, and flick through our events and mark yourself as attending those you'd like to join. Feel free to ask for a contact beforehand. We have thousands of members in your area, so expect a mix of new and regular members at most events.

Everyone who enjoys the social aspects of being outdoors during the daytime, or evening socializing and nightlife, is welcome here. Our members are mainly young and single people who are interested in events locally, across the Heart of England and beyond, in a politics free environment.

We have booked into Foxlease Park, a new camp site in the Foxlease Estate by the New Forest Town of Lyndhurst. You pay directly to the campsite owners, and are encouraged to book as soon as possible via the link below, which requires £10.50 immediately and the balance on arrival. Bookings may be made for 1-4 persons per pitch, but not as part of a group, so we are all to book separately.

Personal toilet roll supply, shower-gel/soap, shower towel... beach towel, swim costume, beach-games... walking boots, day-sack, camping chair... both sun-cream and waterproofs. And of course, Tent, airbed, sleeping bag. And if cooking, kettle, pans, stove, plastic plates, cups, utensils, bin-liner, wash-up liquid, dish-sponge. 3. Those wishing to avoid camping should please be situated near to Lyndhurst for spending evenings and ease of local travel. Travelodges in Ringwood, Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch are all inexpensive on Sunday night but dear on Saturday.

For bank holiday monday, we will give campers the choice, either a coastal walk with a great stretch of beach, or a New Forest ramble with contrasting forest and plains. We'll decide at the time.

Distance: Flexible, 6 miles (no pub stop) or 8 miles (with pub stop)
Start Point: Lepe Beach Car Park, Lepe Road, Lepe, SO45 1AD
Terrain: Woodland, Heathland, Coast and Beach. Be prepared for a swim stop opportunity.
Refreshments: Bring fluids & picnic lunch. Pub stop if we do full 8 miles.

SAFETY: As with any outdoor activity, there is some inherent risk. Whilst we aim to avoid unnecessary risks, participants should take all reasonable precautions themselves. A suitable pace for the walk will be determined by the walk leader, which others must observe by keeping in visible distance, not forging ahead or lagging behind. Those attending are totally responsible for their own safety. You must be comfortable walking the specified distance in order to attend please.
DAYTRIPPERS: If not staying with the rest of the group, it is imperative to pass your contact details to the walk leader by 28/04/25 in the scenario that plans need to be altered at short notice.
RSVP COMMITMENT: Places are limited, so please only RSVP if you fully intend to participate. Withdrawals in the last 24 hours and no-shows are not permitted. This is aimed at preventing late decisions and changes.
