GO: Monthly Great Alehouse Night (Rotating Venue)

Weekend Evening Gathering:
Many meetup nights-out feature noisy venues, but from January 2025, we plan to hold a monthly Good Ale Pub Meetup, at various venues across the region (such as a Black Country Ales Inn where many real ales, seating, and no irritating DJ). The purpose is simply to socialize heartily over drinks in a good local pub.

Venue Rotation:
By default, the venue will rotate by month as per tabulated list below. These 12 venues listed will be revised intermittently according to popularity. Alternatively individual events may be redirected to another great alehouse, either to maintain the viability of the event, or if needed to secure a volunteer host, or simply just for a change..

Details:
Please meet inside the venue at the time stated, avoid lateness. The venue is as below according to calendar date. First arrivals please secure suitable table(s), there's no 'host' as such. Please use recognizable profile pictures, so that others can find you, and best to swap contact details with others going if you don't recognize them. Phone calls and texts are preferable, since many members don't surf the internet when out.

Background:
Our aim is for members to take turns arranging events, since centralized group admin hosting isn't our intention. The only firm rule is that joint-hosting with other groups isn't allowed without specific agreement from all group owners, to prevent altruistic community serving intentions being thwarted by self-serving agendas.

Attendance and Viability:
Please assume events with 4+ RSVPs (excluding admin) will go ahead, and events with less than 4 RSVPs will not go ahead unless members agree to proceed anyway via the event comments. Please finalize your RSVP at least 24 hours prior to the event. RSVP changes after this deadline may be detected by auto-reset software and you will be required to attend.
