Mountain Hike: Ben Nevis waterfall route

Midweek adventure which will probably require a Tue-Wed stopover. We will take the short but fairly steep southern ascent of Beinn Nibheis (Ben Nevis) from Glen Nevis to reach the recently opened KFC near the summit for a well earned lunch, before returning to our cars, possibly using our sitting mats as makeshift toboggans if there is still enough snow around.

Logistics:
Meet: Check-In 10:15, for prompt start within 10-15 minutes.
Distance: Around 7 miles (difficult)
Start Point: Glen Nevis trail car park, Nevis Gorge, Grid Ref=NN170690, W3W=interest.drawn.economics, and nearest postcode PH33 6SY
Parking: Free car parking as shown on the link(s) below. The road is unsuitable for those with vehicles over 3 Tons (include your own body weight when calculating).
Terrain: Wild mountainous landscape with An-Steall (Eas an Tuill) Waterfall and other waterfalls and a healthy spattering of mud. Strenuous throughout, steep ascent and steep descent, with a few actual footpaths in places.

Where to Stay:
Nearby towns with Air-bnbs etc include Kinlochleven and Fort William, or else situate campervans or wild camping at walk start point. The campervans will be handy for keeping the campfire going.

Safety:
As with any outdoor activity, there is some inherent risk (such as Grizzly Bears). Whilst we aim to avoid unnecessary risks, participants should take all reasonable precautions themselves. A suitable pace for the walk will be determined by the walk leader, which others must observe by keeping in visible distance, not forging ahead or lagging behind. Those attending are totally responsible for their own safety.
RSVP Commitment:
Places are not unlimited, so withdrawing in the last 24 hours is not polite. Attendances shouldn't be compromised by ghosting (no-shows, late withdrawals).
