Pub Crawl: Belting Boozers in Birmingham

Pub crawls have been very popular previously, and we are slightly overdue to venture into Birmingham City Centre! We will spend a whole afternoon sampling fine ales and ciders, and socializing at our leisure. Typical we drink in half pints to do more sampling!

Itinerary
Arrive by train and/or bus, and we will spend about an hour in each of several good pubs around the city centre, which are only a few minutes apart on foot .

Meet 11:00 - 11:55 at The Briar Rose (JDW, Bennett's Hill, B2 5RE
Pub1 12:00 - 12:50 The Wellington
Pub2 13:00 - 13:50 Craven Arms
Pub3 14:00 - 14:50 Prince Of Wales
Pub4 15:00 - 15:50 The Good Intent or The Colmore
Pub5 16:00 - 16:50 The Bull
Pub6 17.00 - 17.50 Burning Soul Brewery or Sacks Of Potatoes
Pub7 18:00 - 18.55 The Woodman
All these pubs stock cask ales of small and regional breweries.

The idea is that we gather at Wetherspoons to allow for time variations in our public transport over a coffee or a pint, with a view to starting our good-pub tour at Midday sharp. Breakfast is available at Wetherspoons, Cobs and snacks may be available at some of the others.

Note: We can't guarantee the exact running order in advance, to maintain flexibility and to discourage joining and leaving at odd times, which should maintain the social dynamic of a fully-attended event, and avoid effort and disruption looking for people repeatedly.

So you need to arrive somewhere between 11am and 12pm (which allows plenty of leeway) please and then stick with us.

Transport
