Happy new year for 2026, and let's make it an active one!

Many of you may be aware that later this week, Meetup will begin deactivating/removing profiles who have not used our web pages in over 3 years. We are also aware that many members become dormant when their circumstances change, but return to attending our events after a sustained period.

So we'd like to offer longstanding members the opportunity to keep in touch with other such members and friends they made through our group, and to keep their profiles alive as required. We'd also appreciate suggestions for a possible reunion, the most popular idea(s) among which will go ahead if enough interest. We'll wait until better weather perhaps during Spring.
