GO: Swansea and Gower Winterval Getaway

Let's make the most of the end of 2026 holiday period with a group trip to the picturesque city of Swansea, from where we can explore the delightful Gower peninsula with some awesome walking, and socialise in the trendy city centre.
We urge you to book early while accommodation here is still plentiful and relatively inexpensive.

Where to stay
The event hosts are staying at Swansea Central Travelodge, not far from the seafront, which has food options, and at the time of announcing this event is only £117.99 for a double room for 3 nights, which works out at under £20 per night per person using saver rate. Swansea also has other Budget hotels and AirBNBs.

This year the proposal is that anyone knowing who they will room share with please book your own accommodation and inform to us once you have booked, as numbers are important to our planning process. Anyone 'new' or looking to buddy-up with another member is welcome to contact us (asap please, and certainly not during the final couple of months).

Group evenings will be spent in Swansea, which has plenty of good pubs etc.
