Today we take to no. 57 bus back to Padstowe to start where we finished to day before. I suggest if not travelling by bus that we meet at the bus terminus. 08.36 arriving at 08.58 or 09.05 arriving 09.27. We we try for the first 08.36.
Todays walk is classed as easy and is 13.2 miles (21.3Km) long
The route leaving Padstowe follows low cliffs and sandy beaches below.
We pass Hawkers cove before leading out to the Atlantic coast.
The path becomes narrow in places and is quite rocky around Constantine Bay.
Walking around Trevose Head, one of Cornwalls most prominent headlands provides spectacular views of sandy beaches.
We may have time to spend at the sheltered dune-backed beach of Porrthcothan at the end of the day.

We return to the Laurels holiday camp using two buses. Bus 56 leaves at 16.09 ; 17.06 or 18.06 (last bus) to Padstowe then bus 57 back to the site.

Bus fares are £3.00 per journey, or £9.00 for a day ticket or £36.00 for a week's pass.
