Route Logistics:
CheckIn: 10:00, to walk 10:10 promptly or sooner if all visible are ready.
Distance: Around 7.5 miles (adjustable)
Start Point: Shore car park, off the A5015, at Hest Bank, LA2 6HN
Drive: Allow 13 mins, 3 miles from Morecambe Travelodge
Refreshments: Bring fluids & picnic lunch, possible pub or cafe stop en route, and *The Crossing' micropub at the end
Terrain: Coastal, returning via Lancaster canal

SAFETY: As with any outdoor activity, there is some inherent risk. Whilst we aim to avoid unnecessary risks, participants should take all reasonable precautions themselves. A suitable pace for the walk will be determined by the walk leader, which others must observe by keeping in visible distance, not forging ahead or lagging behind. Those attending are totally responsible for their own safety. You must be comfortable walking the specified distance in order to attend please.
DAYTRIPPERS: If attending this walk, but not as part of the group getaway, it is imperative you pass your contact details to the walk leader by 22/12/25 in the (unlikely) scenario that start place/time need to be altered at short notice.
