Monthly meetup & presentation (Golang)

This meeting will coincide with "DevOps Night - How is ChatOps Formed?" (https://www.meetup.com/Pittsburgh-Code-Supply/events/180320182/) this month. We will meet at 7, have the DevOps talk first, and then have a Go specific talk by Dan Buch titled "Practical 12 Factor Go".

May's meeting is on the 4th Thursday (instead of the usual "last Thursday"), to avoid a conflict with devopsdays Pittsburgh.
