FCIP August Meetup: Behavioral UX with Kevin Jeong

What does success look like to your product, campaign or new business tactic? Chances are, it boils down to some type of customer behavior. A download, click, share, purchase or some other tangible action that you want your customers to take. Behavior design is a discipline that focuses on getting these behaviors to happen.

Kevin Jeong, owner of AgencyUX, will provide an introduction to this new discipline and share how behavior design works. We will learn how behavior design can influence a user’s website experience and discuss its impact. Kevin will leave us with tips to help identify good customer behaviors and ways of encouraging those behaviors to happen.

Kevin Jeong is the owner of Agency UX and a seasoned user experience designer, mentor and leader. Since 1995, he has been helping global brands and product teams connect with consumers through the design of meaningful user experiences.

His diverse background in product design and creative advertising has led him to work with companies such as Apple, Facebook, Walmart, MetLife and stealthy startups. Kevin is passionate about UX design, research, and the balance that the behavioral sciences bring to both.
