It is never too late to begin creating the life you genuinely dream of living. A fulfilling life isn't built by chance—it's created through a clear plan, consistent steps, and plenty of fun along the way.

While you can choose to transform your life at any moment, we have a natural reset mentally and physically when the season changes. As summer wraps up, entering autumn—the final third of the year—gives us a wonderful, natural moment to pause, reflect, and reset.

In this warm, safe, and supportive 2-hour workshop, we’ll walk through goal-setting together step by step. We will explore new perspectives on different types of goals and turn your aspirations into a practical, doable plan that fits into your life.

• You lost track of your 2026 goals (or never got around to setting them!) and would love a compassionate fresh start.
• You feel ready for more, but aren't quite sure where to begin or feel a bit overwhelmed.
• You have big dreams, but struggle with consistency and want friendly encouragement to stay on track.
• You want to make the absolute most of 2026, whether you are completely new to goal-setting or have done it for years!
